DEFINITION of the PRODUCT
Man's angels is the book that I wish I had
discovered when I was trying to begin my working life and become
an active and attractive woman...
This book is an initiatory novel, a fanciful
"roman à clef". Drawings and photos accompany certain
passages giving some music, colour and fragrance to my words.
I couldn't conceive of such a book without these photos and
drawings of faces and cinema dreams: I was born in this era wich
has been marked by the cinema wich encompasses all the arts.
In addition, with a book we keep the
possibility of controlling, lingering or returning to the world
of the unreal with complete freedom!

This is why I'm writing a bedside book
for teenagers and women of my age. It's meant to be a
relaxing and inspiring guide wich may help women to arm
themselves against the physical and psychological
difficulties of life. I hope it will aid them to find
themselves, their own identity, their place in the world
and to discover it. I wish it will allow them to
apprehend the problems we all have to face up to!
"Man's angels" should open men's consciousness
but, above all, it's meant to be amusing and fun to
read... In my book, the soul
sister or the angel who guides the readers is a young
dynamic dreamer obliged to replay her childhood memories
to propel herself into her world today so that she can
make the most of her future.
The readers follow along the journey full of pitfalls and
hopes and are confronted with their own personal truth as
well... This is the prelude to Chapter 1: The past/
The paradise of childhood...

This brings us to the problem of
leaving childhood to enter into adulthood wich we have
only half perceived through our haunted dreams.
Chapter 2, titled: The present/ open letter to
teenagers - problems - , will integrate these
disturbing and contradictory dreams: our heroine,
comatose after replaying her past, falls asleep in front
of a T.V. soap opera wich ends as a gory opera. She
identifies herself with the feminine lead of the soap
opera. She mixes up her future desires and those of the
characters on the screen.
This chapter will be a real dive into a T.V. screen -the
immersion of a movie in a book... |

In the last chapter, chapter 3 :The
future / the origins - remedies -, the novel
takes on ever increasing: by plunging into a
philosophical book accompanied by a practical guide (full
of advice about the body and beauty), our lady will
become less tense, she will gain awareness and will calm
down. The reader will thus be opening a book within a
book, with photos accompanied by music.
The images represent cult and idyllic visions of our
world and our longings! |
